FRM04. Marikina City (Philippines), 13/08/2016.- Filipino residents with their belongings wade through rising flood water in Marikina city, east of Manila, Philippines, 13 August 2016. More than 10,000 residents were placed in schools turned into temporary evacuation centers following the government of Marikina City forced evacautaion for at least seven villages as flood threaten low-lying areas from swelling Marikina river, according to Marikina mayor Marcelino Teodoro. Heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon have resulted in floods across Manila, suspending classes and causing traffic disruptions.
